helps in focusing on one step at a time and completing tasks efficiently. It also makes debugging
and error detection easier.
For example, creating a Personal ID Card may seem overwhelming at first, but by dividing the
task into smaller sections, you can simplify the process. Let us see how you can divide the

Personal ID Card into sections:
Purpose: Understand why the ID card is needed and what information it should include.

Details: List the required information (Name, Position, Employee ID, Blood Group, etc.).

Layout: Plan the arrangement of sections like header, photo, details and footer.
Styling: Define the size, colours, fonts and alignment.

Test: Review visibility, layout and print size.
